Classification: Non-exempt, part-time Hours: up to 4 hours (after school) on school days; up to 6 hours per day on nonschool days
Pre-employment requirements:
Criminal background check (fingerprinting) through TBI/FBI - $35.15 Physical exam and TB skin test/screening
*The Site Director shall be at least twenty-one years of age and shall have at least a high school diploma and four years' experience working with school age students preferred.
*Site Directors shall have eighteen hours in-service training each year.
*A person shall be designated to serve as acting site director when the site director is absent.
*All staff shall be physically, mentally, and emotionally stable and shall have knowledge of school age behavior and development.
*Staff shall be in compliance with all criminal history background checks.
The site director will oversee keeping site supplied with materials, billing parents, oversee caregivers, maintaining inventory, keeping a clean, organized area for children, maintaining classroom management and communication to parents.
